Baptism, October 21, 2007

Sunday, October 21, 2007, 11 a.m. service was a busy time for the Haddad family. Sam and Jack were baptized, Marney received her 3rd grade Bible, I rejoined the church where I grew up. I had the minister present Tracy with a special book so she did not miss out.

My sisters came to the service and Diane brought Mom. Mike came, too. I was very sad not to have Dad there. Sitting in the pew I had a flashback of when I had Tracy baptized. Dad said, "You need help up there." and he rushed to the front of the church with us. I liked that because I felt that he was proud of my little family. I wish he could have seen all 5 of us up there! and yes, we needed help up there! We missed you, Daddy.

We went home to a very nice dinner that Linda brought for us and were joined by my cousins and some friends. It was a memorable day for us.
