Yang Fu Shun is waiting for his family at the Social Welfare Institute for Urban and Rural Area in Yunyang County in Chongqing Municipality. He is 18 months old; 21 months younger than Sam. I think he will be a wonderful way to complete our "little" family. I am praying that CCAA agrees with me.
